Our success in national and international markets has always depended on our products and services in terms of innovation, reliability, quality, service and price. Factors that are determined by people in key positions. Finding the right people for the right job is vital if Fokker Aerospace Group's market position is to be maintained and strengthened.
Our Management Development policy is based on the principle of being able to find people to fill the majority of such key positions. These are Fokker Aerospace Group employees, already familiar with our products, processes and culture. We prefer a strategy that allows us to develop talent that can meet our need for both managers and specialists at all levels.
Our management development programs
We nurture talent to fill in key positions in a wide range of national and international business fields and therefore offer you various career choices, positions and opportunities. Some examples of our management development policy are listed below:
- Young talent program: training, exchange of ideas and private coaching allows you, as young potential, to extend your knowledge and personal skills
- Management trainee program: for graduates starting their management careers
- Project management program: allows you to progress - with the help of training courses, coaching and relevant assignments - from junior Project leader to Program Director
- Leadership: a program designed specifically to develop senior management potential
- Specialisation program: often an individual development route for our specialists.
Your individual career
We do not map out a route, career planning or opportunities for you because you do this yourself if you work for Fokker Aerospace Group. In other words you, yourself, are responsible for what you achieve and how you do it. Everything depends on your suitability, motivation, ambition, interests and our requirements.
